Morgan Ray

Morgan is a NSCA certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, and has a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from VCU. She's competed in a variety of different sports - cross country, track, powerlifting, obstacle racing, and bodybuilding. She earned her pro card as a drug-free bodybuilder in 2023. She loves doing anything that challenges the mind and body. 
Morgan specializes in helping clients build muscle and lose weight. She takes a holistic approach to training, looking beyond just what her clients do in the gym to encompass proper sleep, mobility, recovery, and nutrition. She wants to help her clients discover the joys of regular movement and a healthy lifestyle.

Matt is certified personal trainer who specializes in providing clients with functional, full body training programs that carry over into better, stronger, pain free movement in their daily lives. As a former powerlifter, Spartan Racer, half-marathoner, and in-training marathon runner, he uses his variety of training experience to create engaging programming that keeps clients in the gym for the long haul.
