Morgan Ray

Morgan is a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach, and has a bachelors degree in Exercise Science from VCU. She's competed in a variety of different sports - cross country, track, powerlifting, obstacle racing, and bodybuilding. She loves doing anything that challenges the mind and body. 

Morgan specializes in helping clients build muscle and lose weight. She takes a holistic approach to training, looking beyond just what her clients do in the gym to encompass proper sleep, mobility, recovery, and nutrition. She wants to help her clients discover the joys of regular movement and a healthy lifestyle. 

Craig Guy

Craig Guy Sr.  has been around Athletics and Physical fitness almost his entire career.  He has taken his passion and obsession to a new level and is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.   Craig is retired Law Enforcement and retired military, Active Duty and Maryland Army National Guard.  He can work with Individuals or Group Instruction in Resistance, Cardio, and Circuit Training.  He is also trained in various Self Defense styles Boxing, MMA Wrestling and more, and he can offer that opportunity as well.  Craig is flexible and can design a fitness program to assist you to obtain your physical fitness goals.   Feel free to contact Craig to get Hourly, Weekly, and Monthly rates.
